Chalcedony Pinnacle Pendant
While this pendant features just beautiful examples of red garnet, blue quartz and rose quartz in various cuts, the real star is an often underused and lesser known stone, green chalcedony that rises to an elegant pinnacle in the pendant. The soft, cloudy green of the chalcedony makes for an absolutely lovely contrast to the other stones.
While chalcedony was named after the Byzantine (modern turkey) city of Chalcedon, this stone was first used more than 32,000 years ago by indigenous Australians. Often called “the nurturing gemstone” it has been associated with healing and the ability to dispel hostility for thousands of years.
Blue quartz, one of the rarest varieties of quartz, is loved for its huge range of clarity and color. Known as a healing stone it’s said to alleviate fear and at the same time enhance creativity and expression.
Rose Quartz is one of the world's favorite crystals. Its soft gentle pink hue matches well with its attachment to joy, abundance and most importantly love.
One of the world's oldest jewelry gemstones, garnets are said to attract both wealth and love.
The January birthstone, strengthens the root chakra, aiding with emotional grounding and contentedness.
